Hal Phillips - Sales and Marketing
As the orignal developer of UCOES for DOS, Hal has been involved with the product for over 15 years. He has worked for several major US corporations. In 1975, he co-founded the Manchaug Corporation, a manufacturer of polystyrene foam trays marketed entirely through food service brokers. Manchaug Corporation was sold to Genpak in 1985. Since 1986, Hal has developed data processing and EDI software systems for manufacturers, public warehouses and brokers.
In his spare time, Hal can be found on the golf course.
Laura White - Development and Support
Laura has been the Lead Developer on the UCOES 2.0 project for over two years. She has been developing database applications for small and large businesses for over a decade. In addition to UCOES 2.0, she has written, delivered, maintained and supported software used in the utility, insurance, service and consulting industries.
In her spare time, Laura enjoys finishing and refinishing wood furniture (As with software, you don't always get it exactly right the first time.) and sewing.
Ted Roche - Technology and Development
Ted Roche is the principal of Ted Roche & Associates, LLC and contributed to the development of UCOES 2.0. He is a Microsoft Certified Solution Developer, a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, and a nine-time winner of the Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP) award.
In his spare time, Ted can be found in front of the computer. Come to think of it, that's where he can be found the rest of the time, too!
